In-Barn——Prevent the virus spreading in barn

The EPI Air In-Barn Solution work 24 hours per day to reduce microbes, dust and odor from the indoor air. Ionization system is installed above the animal living space. The negative ions released from the system form a protective zone to block dust, virus and odor.  This system provide healthier space for the pigs and the workers.

With EPI Air system, no longer reported PRRS spike

A client installed the EPI Air In-Barn system in a gilt isolation barn adjacent to multiple unfiltered sow barns.  In prior years, the client reported noticing a spike in PRRS in their adjacent barns whenever new animals were introduced, however following installation of the EPI Air system in the gilt barn, they no longer reported this PRRS spike among their sow population.

ADG Increase 12%,Mortality reduce 26%

A one year trial from 2009 to 2010 in 2 test production rooms (with EPI Air In-Barn system) compared to 2 control production rooms (without the EPI Air In-Barn System).  The trial showed a 12% increase in ADG, a 9% increase in day 45 weight, a 26% reduction in mortality for animals in the EPI Air treated barns. Additionally, EPI Air treated barns showed a 30% reduction in odor, a 59% reduction in H2S, a 55% reduction in NH3 and dust reduction of up to 58%.
